quality Head Shot that you want published with your profile portfolio 2) A high
quality photo of Art work that represents your work published with your profile
portfolio 3) Your full artist name 4) The City and County (state if other than
WI.) you live in 5) The Medium(s) you work in 16 words or less
6) Your contact information, email or phone, your web if you have one, the galleries you have art in ,your studio information; as much information to
get the buyer to you. 7) Any additional services you provide and would like to
